1. Why this page says nothing
Tether is free during early access. You ask for a code, we email you one, and it unlocks the app. We do not take payments, we do not ask for a card, and we have no way to charge you.
This page exists so that the answer is written down somewhere you can find it, rather than leaving you to guess.
2. If you were charged anyway
If a charge from us ever appears on your statement, something has gone wrong and we want to know immediately. Email support@pctether.com with what you see and we will refund it in full and find out how it happened.
Be careful of anyone else selling Tether or asking you to pay for a code. We are not charging for it, so they are not us.
3. If we start charging later
We may charge for Tether in the future. If that happens, the website will say so before anyone is asked to pay, and this page will carry a real refund policy from that day.
Nothing you have now turns into a bill by itself. A price could only ever apply to something you choose to buy at that point.
4. Your legal rights come first
Whatever this page says, the consumer laws where you live come first and this policy never replaces them. If we ever do sell you something, any statutory right you have to change your mind, such as the 14-day withdrawal right buyers in the EU and UK generally have, applies on top of anything we offer. Where the law gives you more, the law wins.
