Ask for a code

Leave your email and the code arrives straight away.

We keep your email only to send your code. One email, nothing else, ever. Never sold, and never given to anyone except the service that delivers the message. You can take yourself off the list any time. Press remove me and we'll email that address a link that deletes it. The same link is in your code email. What we hold is in the Privacy Policy.

What happens after you ask

  1. We email you a code
  2. Save the code That code is what switches remote access on.
  3. Paste the code into Tether Open Tether on your PC (download it just below if you have not yet). The Licence panel is the last thing at the bottom of the window: paste the code in there and press Activate.
  4. Paste the same code on your phone Open Tether on the phone and put the same code in there. Both devices need it, and one code covers both.

Both are free. The code above is only for reaching your PC away from your own network, including hotel and office Wi-Fi.

On a work or school computer that asks for an administrator password, use the version that installs just for you instead. It never asks for one, and the only thing it leaves out is signing in to Windows from your phone.
